I am an Author, Life Coach, and Transformational Speaker with a deep passion for inspiring and empowering others. My journey began with hosting family events, where I discovered my natural gift for bringing people together. Taking this a step further, I transitioned into hosting virtual events through Project Management Network, an Employee Resource Group within the company I am employed by. This experience opened the door to a greater calling—helping individuals transform their lives through coaching, facilitation, and ministry.
As I embraced this path, I recognized the positive energy and renewed sense of purpose I bring to others. This realization led me to become a licensed minister, expanding my impact beyond the four walls of a building. My mission is to guide people toward healing, self-empowerment, and personal growth. Even before officially stepping into this calling, I dedicated years to uplifting and supporting others, and I am honored to continue doing so.
With an extensive background in hosting both live and virtual events—whether as a keynote speaker, facilitator, or workshop moderator—I bring an infectious joy and enthusiasm that leave audiences inspired, motivated, and ready to take action.

In this partial auto biography and empowerment book, Tammi Boyd shares details of her life that many close to her are unaware of. She reveals painful truths and struggles that have shaped her into the person that she is today. Her journey has been far from easy. Even with the appearance of having it all together, inside she was crying for help. She was like a wound that had not properly healed because band-aids were placed on them when there should have been stitches. Therefore, the same lesion was constantly reopened.
In It Had to Happen, Boyd uses pieces of her story to let you know that every smile doesn’t mean a person is okay, they have just learned how to fake it very well. Then she taps into the minister inside her to offer encouragement to let readers know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. You must keep moving in the darkness. How do you keep moving? You need to give yourself permission to tap into your higher power for guidance. Exercise your faith and belief. Increase your knowledge and begin focusing on your desires. That focus will draw you closer to them.
She has also come to the realization that in life many people (herself included) have hidden their pain, generally because it’s easier to go that route than face the truth of what has happened to them. What they failed to realize is that what has happened to them happened for a purpose. The purpose was not to harm them as so many think, but to help build their character and grow them into the powerful, loving and amazing being that they truly are.
When one faces their pain head on and gives it a voice, that is where their true healing lies. When we truly realize that what has happened to us was a steppingstone towards our destiny of greatness, it gives us an immense level of freedom and causes us to truly live the life that we were intended to live as the powerful creators that we are.
